Pocket Agenda Set Up

I keep seeing posts asking about how to use a pocket (PM for Louis Vuitton) agenda as a wallet. So I thought of transforming mine into one and see if it works for me, and I love how it turned out.

Just like my other LV MM agenda, I chose the shabby chic theme or floral theme for my pocket planner. The cards that I frequently use (including the Starbucks card of course) are placed inside the pockets of the front cover. That way, it will be easier for me to take them out when I need them.

I easily forget things so I need a section that will allow me to jot down the things that I need to do on a particular date and time. For the inserts, I just used the ones that came with the planner, the Kate Spade To Do sheets. Instead of using an ordinary wrapping paper and laminate it, I decorated my own paper tag for the divider. I like the idea of using its ribbon as section marker. It makes navigating through my planner easier.

The same thing goes for my To Shop section. I also tend to always forget some items whenever I go to the supermarket or to the department store so I thought of adding a section dedicated to shopping / marketing.

I made my own inserts for this section to make listing easier for me. I find this set up more convenient because it will allow me manage my schedule per store/shop better.

The nature of my work requires me to do a lot of note taking so I made a section dedicated for note taking too! I also always have ideas that pop into my mind out of the blue so having a handy dandy notebook where ever  I go is a must for me. That way, I can just easily take note of those ideas and go over them when I have time.

I included a Contacts section because I have friends who live in other countries that I regularly send snail mails to. I am also in a long distance relationship so I often send letters to my boyfriend who lives abroad. I also need to take note of the contact details of  hotel and airline companies, as well as of various Government agencies because of my job. My phone's battery isn't reliable and I don't always bring a powerbank with me so it's wise to write down important contacts too in case my phone runs out of battery, which happens a lot!

This plastic sleeve also came with the planner. I find this perfect for keeping paper bills inside my planner because the seal is tight. I place bigger bills here so I don't mix them with smaller ones and I don't easily get to spend them away! hahahaha
The last section is my favorite section. I did not really plan on adding this initially, but when I saw this pouch at Daiso, I felt that it would fit perfectly to my pocket planner. I just punched holes to the cellphone pouch and viola, instant insert! My phone fits well to the pouch and my planner can still be closed without stretching the snap too much so it's just perfect for me.

I also have this mini coin purse as planner charm. What's good about this charm is that it can actually hold coins inside it unlike the mini bag charm I got from HM which has a wider opening. I use this to store a few coins that I can use in times of emergency. Hahaha

Here's a quick video of the entire set-up.

So that's my pocket agenda. Thanks for reading!
